Introduction – Vox-pops from the case studies. Dr. Ian Banks, Men’s Health Forum, introduces the programme by exploding the myth that men don’t care about their health and instead points to the way society does not expect men to discuss their health. Throughout the programme he introduces the different issues: stress, prostate health, exercise and maintaining your identity as you get older.
Case Study 1 – Graham was dragged off to yoga by his girlfriend.
Case Study 2 – Randy, our second case study.
Case Study 3 – Using clear, concise language, together with pictures, the therapist Max Tomlinson is able to describe the prostate gland.
Case Study 4 – The final item in the programme shows how complementary medicine can help those men who are going through some kind of change or stressful time in their life.

Introduction – Vox-pops from the case studies. Nick Avery, a GP and Homeopath, has taken an interest in the relationship between hormones and women’s health problems. He describes how difficult it is to treat hormone problems because even if you have a blood test progesterone and oestrogen vary widely within the normal range.
Case Study 1 – We hear from Anne, who had been treated extensively with hormones by her doctor to try and combat painful and almost continuous periods.
Case Study 2 – Annette had been trying to have a baby for over a year before she was diagnosed as experiencing early menopause.
Case Study 3 – Dr. Marilyn Glenville is a nutritionist who provides a natural alternative for people not wanting to go on HRT.
Case Study 4 – Scilla, however, approached the menopause another way under the supervision of zero balancing therapist, John Hamwee.
Today, UNICEF fights for every child’s right to survive and thrive into adulthood.
UNICEF is the global authority on children. No other organization has UNICEF’s experience, expertise and reach.
Every child is born with fundamental human rights: the right to health care and education. The right to be treated equally, and protected from harm. UNICEF is the unifying force that helps build a world where these rights are realized, for every child.
Yet today, conflict, disease, exploitation and poor education keep millions of children from reaching their full potential. And when children are held back, so is our world. UNICEF’s mission is to create a better world, by advocating for the protection of children’s rights. To do this, we bring people together: governments, donors, humanitarian agencies, businesses and children themselves.
For every child, health, education, equality, protection.
Barack Obama and Alexa Chung (the newly appointed Secretary of Real Talk) explain health care reform the only way people will understand–through song and dance. Stay caught up with Alexa online for more real talk:
Shawtayee, as you can clearly see
I spent my cash tryna fix my knee
Sold my car and both my kidneys
How am I supposed to live if my fridge is out of cheese?
No on in America should go broke because they get sick
Real talk, gotta save cash money
Let’s take that money
And we’ll all be sittin pretty
Let’s put it in the kitty
Yeah, we’re gonna make it right
Kill your granny and save your life
Next question
Ooh! Thanks for callin in me
I never thought I’d be on national TV
But why you gotta change the way things work
When Jesus Christ said we’re the best country in the universe?
We’re paying $6,000 more than any other advanced country
And we’re not healthier
Says here you’re all fatties
We’re not healthier
Cut down on the beef patties
Refrain
If you were floating through space
And you could only say one thing
Tell me what would you say?
Shawtay, what would you say?
There is a moment in the life of every generation
When that spirit of hopefulness has to come through
Let’s work together, it’s time to rock
Neighborhood by neighborhood, block by block
County by county, state by state
We decide in our guts when we are determined
