What do you mean by "act retarded?" If you mean merely acting in a way that is strange during an orgasm, then no. Many males do strange things during an orgasm as the feeling is climactic and sometimes it’s just a bodily reaction. Due to the fact that you didn’t describe what you meant by "act retarded", I cannot help with anymore than that. Although we do not like the use of the term ‘retarded’, at point of orgasm, guys do tend to get a bit overwhelmed by things. It is normal, but annoying.
