Through healthy living, is it possible for grey hair to turn back to its original color?

A couple of years ago, I was going through some stress and developed a patch of grey hair around the temples; maybe 200 strands. It was starting to get noticeable. Then I started exercising more and de-stressing and now I’d say there are only about 50 strands. No, I’m not balding.

Is it true that once your hair goes non-black, it can still come back?

yes… actually it can…….don;t beleive what doctor’s and pharmacudical companys tell you……they want people to keep takeing there poisen…..it’s what makes them billionaires

there biggest enemy is natural healthy living……….they would go broke if people new the truth!

Unfortunately healthy living will not your hair back to it’s original color. Hair graying is determined by DNA and loss of pigmentation, not what you put into your body. I would suggest trying a Just for Men’s line if you are very worried about it. Are you sure you didn’t JUST get a haircut and it showed the grey more? When I cut men’s hair very short around the back and sides it’s amazing how much grey can find under there.. not kidding! I hear "wow I didn’t know I was that gray!" all of the time.. but they are.. hehe

Sure, it comes in a box and they have one just for men. Silly, silly man. I think grey at the temples is sexy. You have something against looking sexy?

Eddie, unfortunately is does NOT come back again. I’m a beautician, so I KNOW. Once the hair follicle is "dead" so to speak, it will NOT rejuvenate. You can either keep it that way & look a bit distinguished, OR you can just dab on a bit of your natural color. IF you color it, don’t go too dark, & with your coloring, make sure you get an "ash" color..maybe a medium ash brown would suit you fine. Stress WILL do it every time! I have NO idea what I look like "underneath" as I’ve had it a lot of colors since I went to beauty school….lol A dark color won’t look "real", that’s why I recommend a medium ASH brown for you so it WILL look natural & not too harsh. If you don’t get "ash" tho it WILL have a redish cast to it. They ARE all rite tho, Eddie, a dash of beautiful white hair around the "edges" DOES look mighty sexy! IF you’re pleased, that’s all that matters…:)
