All omega 3 fatty … All omega 3 fatty acids must be consumed from natural sources such as flax which is the best source of ALA omega 3 fatty acids.Flaxseed must be grinded before consumption otherwise they will not be digested.Vitamins C,B3,B6 and minerals zink and magnesium must be consumed with AlA omega 3 which are converted to DHA and EPA omega3 fatty acids which our body and mind needs more then ALA.
