don't mind the pill pushing failures who don't know the first thing about health. genuine chiropractic has earned a reputation for doing what medicine can't- getting sick people well. if that's what you do, tell the world.

While "Health and Wellness" is more soothing to the patient, "Chiropractic" is much more informative, so I say go with that.
