    This irony is that …
    This irony is that animal protein IS what suppresses hunger best. Toxic hunger from animal protein is pure BS. My poisons are sugar grains and all processed foods. Organic Meat, vegetables and fruit is what Homo Sapience was evolved to eat and that is what works 100%.

    Big thumbs up to …
    Big thumbs up to Furhman, I read both his books, had a fasting BG level of 6.2 weighted 278lbs (@ 6′0″ broad shoulder frame) and after about ~6 months I weighted 243lbs and had a fasting BG level of 5.2, LISTEN to what this man has to say because he’s right.

    @JubblyJack And not a problem mate, Its a pleasure to chat with you, i just hope you get past this Diabetes hurdle ;)

    @JubblyJack …
    @JubblyJack Diabetes Type II hey? You are right in doing what you are doing and i comment you for that because it has been said that following a raw food Vegetable diet can suppress or even eliminate Diabetes but from what i understand, eating that way “full out” is not something you need to do once you have it under control. There is an Interesting video on YouTube called “Raw for 30 days”, so check it out because maybe you are going about going Vegetarian the wrong way ;)

    @blade004 I am …
    @blade004 I am still trying to get on the wagon. Not doing well Type II diabetes now insulin dependent. I’m trying to avoid the 5 poisons. My son was vegetarian and he too literally fell to pieces. Gaunt and weak. Thank you for talking to me blade.

    @JubblyJack Then …
    @JubblyJack Then again we do “need” salt as well, but again small amounts. Iodized salt that is more brown in colour is important for healthy Adrenal function as is protein ;)

    @JubblyJack Not all …
    @JubblyJack Not all do well without meat and not all do well with meat. Everyone is different and i know you are going to say i am probably part of herd for eating some meat but i have been Vegan, Vegetarian..etc.. at one point and i was literally falling to pieces. I now eat meat but extremely small portions of it with a high proportion of vegetables such as how Koreans do (and they live for a VERY long time, mostly well into their 80’s & 90’s). I completely agree on avoiding the others ;)

    @chrisnoaro1 Okay, …
    @chrisnoaro1 Okay, whatever. That was one example, there are many others (start with the inuits’ traditional diet). Saturated fat is more stable than most vegetable oils, we’ve been eating it for hundreds of thousands of years. I don’t care what you eat, but my recommendation is take B12 and whatever amino acid supplements your conscience can live with (do bacteria feel pain?). And of course I eat plants (maybe not bark), so I get that protection too.

    @TreachMarkets …
    @TreachMarkets Actually they rarely eat the meat of the cattle, just the blood & milk. Rather they eat the flesh of wild-ranging sheep & goats that are low in saturated fat. Also they eat plants such as roots, grass & bark that are rich in vitamins & anti-oxidants to help protect them from heart disease, high cholesterol & cancer. There are other factors I haven’t got time or space to go into & personally my own heart health has improved dramatically since I tried a whole plant foods vegan diet.

    @chrisnoaro1 Oh, …
    @chrisnoaro1 Oh, you’re one of those people who still think that saturated fat causes heart disease. How quaint. Someone should tell the Masai tribe in Africa that they shouldn’t be living so long on a mostly beef diet, because it doesn’t match up with your quaint little cholesterol theory.

  11. chrisnoaro1 Says:

    @TreachMarkets You …
    @TreachMarkets You feel vindicated just because one person doesn’t give you a decent response to your claims and that that somehow validates an argument? Smart! I didn’t have time for anything else and hoped you might just run off and shorten your life with a big juicy lump of steak

  12. TreachMarkets Says:

    @chrisnoaro1 Thanks …
    @chrisnoaro1 Thanks for your content-free critique, I feel vindicated now

    @JubblyJack so true, I’m off 4 of them for good, but still trying to get off flour – wish me luck, man!
