Everybody wants to stay healthy, and that’s why most people do whatever they can to maintain their health.

Companies that really care for their employees’ health usually have a worksite Occupational Health Nurse (OHN).

The role of a worksite occupational health nurse is very important in ensuring the wellness of the employees.

These OHNs can help with initiating, developing, and evaluating the health promotion program in the workplace.

If you think that the company will gain nothing and only add more financial expenses by having health promotion program, you wrong.

Actually it can be very helpful.
Employees might feel uncomfortable if they have to go to a healthcare provider outside their workplace.

If they have to go out just to see a doctor that could mean they have to take time away from work which means having to spend more hours doing their piling up assignments.

When they’re on the way to the doctor, they might have to deal with traffic jam and difficult parking.

After that, they need to wait in lines to for the doctor.

And lastly, even if they have health insurance, they might still have to reach their pocket deeper to provide the co-pays.

These inconveniences will be reduced if the company provides a corner for the worksite nurse.

It would save time and in the end would also save the company some money.

1.Fats are not all bad! there are two main groups of fats "bad fats" (trans and satuarated fats) and "good fat" (unsatuarated, polysatuarated, monosatuarated" bad fats are in hydrogenated oils and animal fat. good fats are in legumes, nuts and olive oil. Well, you’re a little premature to be looking into medical school. That’s a long way down the road!

First you will have to get your Bachelor’s degree. You’ll need to earn at least a 3.5 GPA [in any major but taking all the pre-requisite math/science/English courses], get great MCAT scores, have great recommendation letters and, ideally, some type of experience "in the field" [e.g. working in a prof's research lab].

If you’re one of the lucky few admitted to med school, you’ll have four years of extremely hard work, fierce competition and will incur heavy debt [unless your parents can pay]. Then comes the hard part: the PGYs. You’ll have at least four years of residency – probably several more than that for neonatology. This involves 80-hour work weeks, on-call duty of 24-36 hours straight every third or fourth night/day – killer. Along the way, you’ll take the three-part National Board exam and also take the specialty boards. The residency is where the actual training occurs.
