So that adds up approximately 280 calories. A triangle of apple pie has 420 calories. You’re not even full and you want a second piece. Be savvy about your calories. Add fruits and vegetables so that you add volume to your meals and that way the denser foods, such as your fats, protien and carbohydrates only take up a small amount of your plate
