The content is mainly <strong>about health and nutrition </strong>and you cannot really fault this basic, proven approach to weight loss. It is a &#8220;body type diet&#8221; and explains that that people of different body types process foods in different ways. It is realistic to believe that one body type might do better on a diet heavy in complex carbohydrates, while another body type might need a much lower carbohydrate intake ton lose weight.</p>

These bonuses are valuable and the quality is excellent. In fact the web site itself will easily provide many months of interesting content to read. This well designed website also features recipes, calculators and product reviews. The message forums about health and nutrition are active and filled with advice and answers.</p>

<p><strong>You will need to be serious about losing weight if you want to purchase this book</strong>. Dedication to weight loss is required here as there is plenty of valuable information but this book about health and nutrition would probably overwhelm the casual dieter if they are not properly motivated .</p>

Hopefully I have given you some unbiased content to enable you to make a focused decision in your search for a healthier lifestyle.</p>

<p>My curiosity was piqued when I came across this book <strong>&#8220;Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle&#8221; </strong>about health and nutrition. It has had in excess of 200,000 readers to date. I have to agree with the masses, this is indeed an extraordinary book. I would point out however it is written specifically for those men and women who want a detailed fat loss program coupled with a desire to look good.</p>
