I will be divorced in 2 months and will have to find my own health insurance. I have been with Anthem for 14 years and have no health problems and no medications except 1 blood pressure pill a day. I am waiting for a quote from Anthem for a single policy but I am afraid it will not be affordable. Thanks for all the help I can get!
I recommend you this site where you can compare quotes so you can find the best option for you

I have a BA in Psych and Im looking for an accredited graduate program that offers a counseling and nutrition combination. Im looking towards more of a holistic program and approach. If i cant find one i’m just going to do my masters in MFT. I have been looking into Health Psychology, but don’t know a whole lot yet about the filed. I do plan to open a private practice in the long term that includes psychological counseling and an emphasis in good nutrition. I want to help people dealing with obesity and other food related health issues as well as Lifestyle education.
Keep in mind I live in California
Any advice…

Keep in mind that you will need a MSW or PhD to be a licensed counselor – perhaps a MSW/MS Nutrition would be a good program.
Now you need to do some research into each of these schools and see which has programs that you can amend to fit your goal – which is pretty cool. I sincerely wish you well and success.
I have to a do a nutrition project for nursing school and I have to write something on the following question but I can’t figure out what the 2 public health concerns may be. Any help?
What are 2 public health concerns that have a bearing on nutritonal status?
Salmonella tomatoes…
and other bad fruits and veggies…

The Lake Nona YMCA is not only a place where the whole family can have fun and get fit its a place to become connected and build friendships. As the hub of the NorthLake Park community, the Lake Nona YMCA offers family-friendly health and wellness programs for all ages.
If youre looking to increase your physical fitness and improve your spirit, mind, and body, then the Lake Nona YMCA is the place you need to be.
Our YMCA Family Center has a state-of-the-art wellness center, outdoor pool, aerobics room, spinning studio, and gymnasium. Complimentary child care is provided and all group exercise classes and workout clubs are included with the membership.
The Lake Nona YMCA Family Center shares a building with North Lake Park Community School and is located in the middle of a City park. A partnership comprised of three private and two public entities made this innovative project possible: Lake Nona Property Holdings Inc., Orlando Regional Healthcare System, the City of Orlando, the Central Florida YMCA, and Orange County Public Schools.
This project is the first of its kind in the nation. By sharing resources, hundreds of taxpayer dollars were saved, a community hub was created, and the public elementary school was built much quicker than if the county had constructed it. The budgets of each organization involved in the partnership go further now. The City of Orlando provides the space; Lake Nona Development provides the landscaping and design; the YMCA provides quality health and wellness programs for the entire family; and the school provides learning with a variety of resources it would not otherwise have.
