I heard bromelain is very good for taking down scar tissue, and plaque and stuff. But is it safe for living tissue, will it also break down healthy living tissue?
I brought me some serrapeptase today because according to many various websites they conclude that it only breaks down fiberious tissue, plaque and scar tissue ect. without harming living and healthy tissue.
But what about bromelain?
Bromelain is an enzyme found in Pineapple that has a few different health benefits. When it is taken away from food it acts as an anti-inflammatory. When taken with food it acts as a digestive aid. I have not heard anything about harmful effects on healthy tissue. Hope that helps.
will bromelain destory healthy living tissue?
Can you help me pick my major?
I’m at the point in my life where I’m getting ready to attend college and like many others; I have no idea what I plan on studying. I have always been passionate about so many things so I cannot seem to pick just one. So I’m compiling a list of subjects I enjoy:
-Geography -Music -Singing -Writing [songs, poems, novels] -Activism -Environment -Nutrition -Wellness -Yoga -Religion[eastern] -Cultures -Travel -Politics -Green Living
-Lanuage[french/german/spanish]
Now that you have an idea of what interests me maybe you could help find a few career matches or major/minor ideas. Thank you so much.
Namaste/Peace & Love.
I absolutely cannot teach or explain things well. So I don’t see myself going into education. I’m not really about putting all of my interests together to pick a major I just wondered what my options are. I’m always told that even though I’m passionate about particular subjects I have no idea what careers I could go into.
first, i wanted to thank you for helping me out on my question; your answer was dead on. second, we must be similar people, because not only do i not mind being alone and getting to know myself (like you mentioned), i also am passionate about too many things and have had a hard time picking a major in college. i enjoy learning and would really like to experience every thing. the first step i took was taking my college’s free career assessment test, it didn’t help much, but it might help you (they just told me what i already knew, that i had a lot of interests, and i needed to pick one). i also tried out different classes to help narrow my search. researched different careers to see what i might like. the hard part about careers is you can do so many random things, it’s hard to tell someone what they can and cannot do with a degree (or without one). i think it’s just something you might have to explore for yourself. as you begin college, talk to advisors and college professors. see which students in what classes share your interests. and also, i am double majoring (psychology and journalism), so there is always that as well. good luck! and don’t worry, you’re in a very common place for people of all ages, but especially college kids.

Why is all the topics in womens health all about periods?
Cant you women find better, & more important things to discuss
By the way. Men who are concerned over Penis size are Insecure and immature. I dont consider myself to be one of them so before you Judge me. I am not a typical male
the stress, the food, the addictions and the male dominant culture drive women nuts. It is very hard to connect with momma earth as they are subject to a world designed by and especially for men.
we all have your periods too ![]()
We are taught how to drive in traffic, but women are not taught how to deal with their periods in school as schoolsystems are designed by males. May be you want to start a educational program to enlighten you irritation by this subject
You go! baby, you go!
good luck my friend

How can I write a paragraph with the words health and wellness in it?!?
I have a serious writer’s block! Ugh, I don’t want you to actually WRITE a paragraph for me because that’s just wrong, but how can I start it off?
You could start it with something like this: "Health and wellness are extreme factors for a long life." Then you can go on to describe diet and exercise and how being healthy will ultimately increase your lifespan.
If you’d like more help, feel free to email me.
What do you do at a workplace wellness program?
That’s rather a broad question, but I’ll see if I can help.
A workplace wellness program focuses on lifestyle related topics that effect physical, emotional, relationship, spiritual, intellectual aspects of employees’ lives. Depending on the organization, such programs provide some combination of the following:
1. Education programs, materials, and resources
2. Health screenings and assessments
3. Personal goal setting
4. Health counseling
5. Group activities and initiatives
6. Making positive changes in the work environment
These components of a workplace wellness program may be provided by a combination of internal staff, outsourced personnel, and online resources.
How does the French health insurance system work ?
Ok so im still writing this essay on how the health systems in france. However I do not understand how their health insurance works. So could someone explain it simply please. I understand that most of their Health expenses is covered by the state- but that is all i get.
I’ve lived here in France for 9 years and am not an expert…. but….
Salaried employees pay tax as does their employer on their income, which is called ‘Social Charges’ this covers health and retirement among other things. However it doesn’t usually cover 100% of health/medical costs!!!!
Normally the standard contributions cover about 75% of the medical costs. People who are in the French health system have a ‘Carte Vitale’ (Health Card) which has a chip with their ID on. This allows them to get discount when they go to the Chemist for a prescription and allows the Doctor to access their records.
Many people take out a private health insurance or ‘Top Up health insurance’ to take care of the final 25% medical fees.
Normally if it’s a serious illness then the standard state covers 100%, things like Broken legs, cancer etc.
Good luck with the essay!
Any Health and Nutrition people out there?
I know juice is good for your brain and tea is good for your heart but if you mix the two do you get the best of both worlds or does it change them chemically into something harmful? Also is it good for a person to mix fruit juice and milk?
I wouldn’t see anything wrong with mixing milk and juice (other than the taste). If you made it into a smoothie with some fresh fruits as opposed to mixing straight juice and milk it would be tasty and have greater health benefits. I have never heard of someone having an adverse reaction to mixing tea and juice, but for flavor and added health benefits, I might suggest adding almond milk (extra dose of protein) or lemon (packed with antioxidants and vitamin C) to your tea.
What is a good education and health price to pay?
How much do you think higher education should cost? How much should bare bone health care accepted by everyone cost? And do you think thier should be a flat rat for all, or considerations in effect.(letting off steam)
How do you like my plan? Higher education free if pass each previous semester. Must finish high school in good standings. After college graduation, must offer some free time to helping others. Health care should be free to all and those that can afford health insurance can pay at a reasonable rate. Taxes may go up to afford all those free services but wouldn’t it be worth it?
If you are interested in college, check with your local community colleges, age 65 plus = free?
